1.接听电话,接收传真,记录留言,并按要求转接电话或记录信息,确保信息准确无误;

2.对来访客人做好接待,引领,登记,引导,及时通知被访人员,对无关人员,上门推销者留下名片告知以后联系;

3.文件处理、下发文件、通知通告、收发快递、短信,打印、复印文件,合理使用纸张,降低材料消耗;

4.保持前台、会议室、接待区整洁,管理杂志架、保持接待办公室地面、墙壁、办公桌椅干净,及时清理垃圾,维护办公室花木;

5.管理办公用品、库存清单、维护库房整洁,登记办公用品和会议物品出库入库,做好各类物资库存表,每月统计,登记在册;

6.每日早晨做好考勤的严格把关将缺勤人员报给行政人事总监,负责每月统计公司员工的考勤情况,每周六将本周员工出勤情况打印供员工核对,每月打印上月考勤记录,跟员工核对无误后上交至人事总监;

7.参与员工活动、及各类会议的服务工作;

8.对员工领用办公用品登记造册,向新入职员工登记发放办公用品,对离职员工收回办公用品;

9.完成领导交办的.其它事宜。

任职要求:

1.优秀的外联和公关能力,具备解决突发事件能力;

2.良好的中英文写作、口语、阅读能力;

3.熟悉办公室行政管理知识及工作流程,熟练运用OFFICE等办公软件;

1、负责招聘工作,应聘人员的预约,接待及面试;

2、员工入职手续办理,员工劳动合同的签订、续签与管理;

3、公司内部员工档案的建立与管理;

4、负责与其他部门的协调工作,做好信息的上传下达;

5、负责公司各部门的行政后勤类相关工作;

6、负责考勤及工资绩效的核算;

7、负责部门一些日常行政事务,配合上级做好行政人事方面的工作;
